In War of Clans, each troop has a limit to how many resources it can carry.

Resources are stolen from left to right until the total carrying capacity of all troops is reached.

For example, let's consider a raid with a carrying capacity of 400. The defending player, without a hiding place, has 50 wood, 100 clay, 500 iron, and 200 food.

The raid would bring back 50 wood, 117 clay, 117 iron, and 116 food.

The amount of gold stolen has a random rate ranging from 30% to 60% of the total.
